I need help after a bug - no story events triggered at some point

Guys, I got some problems in my save. I played this game till Reisenberg and got all 5 recommendations. But when I came to Reisenberg with 113 days I don't trigger any event, then I used "rest" untill the day of the exam, but I only got the bad ending.

Then I loaded and get back to the lake part, then I got one event with Ilmeria and she joined my party (after I get all recommendations and back from Reisenberg), then some events started to occour in my way to Reisenberg (again). But I got again that bad ending without any changes.

My game bugged at some point, now I need to visit again some places for trigger some story events with Ilmeria. But I don't know what places I need to visit. Someone know some guide who lists all story related events? I have 100 free days in my save, I can visit any place now with that time.

My last resource is to start a New Game+, but I don't want to do it if I don't need. I have played in this playthrough more than 20 hours.

To be more specific with what events I got:

After I got the ship...
- I don't get the item for explore underwater
- I got an event with Meklet and Atomina in Fatalia Summit and after that in Weisslark
- I meet with Fritz in Weisslark for the first time
- Then I get a recommendation in that desert village
- After that I get a recommendation in snow village
- Then I walked to Reisenberg
- I meet Pamela but she's gone, I can't talk to her, and don't found her in the location that map marks her quest (this is the time I first noticed my save has a bug)
- After all days I get a bad ending

Then i loaded in my save in day 100 in Reisenberg
- I moved to Flussheim and talked to Ren and started one quest
- Then I get back to the ship and meet with Ilmeria on the other side of lake
- After that I got an event with that librarian-lady on a bridge, and again in Weisslark
- That time Fritz talked about some monster who attacked the city or something like this
- Some random friend events with Ilmeria
- Then I moved again to Reisenberg, but after all days I can't get any story event again...

Did you get an event when entering the centre government building in Reisenberg? That's where you supposed to register for the exam and then you can choose to spend days or not.

Another possibility is that if you used some kind of cheat and it messed up with the game flags.

This event doesn't triggered for me.

No, I don't used any cheat. I think the cause was when I crossed the lake for the first time, I used one shortcut in the menu, then I don't triggered the first event with Ilmeria, then she don't joined in my party.

Now I started to watch a playthrough in Youtube. I found this event in the way to Reisenburg. I will try to trigger it again (in 18m8s):

YEAH, that's it!

I moved back to that spot, then walked without shortcuts and with Ilmeria in my party, then this first event (that in 18m8s) triggered! Now I got the others events (that in government build too).

I will try to play till the exam again tomorrow (It's 1:00 AM in Brazil now :v). Thank's for the rapid answer :D !
