Need Help dubbing the game to English

It's such an adorable game & I would love to play it. Thank you for all your help. I would be playing the game on Steam via gaming computer PC. Thank you in advance.

The audio language is changed in the ingame settings (between japanese and english), the written language is in th launcher (with "-" being english instead of "english" for some weird reason).

@Fel Everything is in lovely Japanese letters ~~ except for the difficulty setting. Is there a way to obtain the word "English" in the Japanese letter. I would really appreciate it. I do have plans to purchase other Atelier Sophie games & this is a real bummer for me. :'(
It would be the icing on the cake to have the other settings in English too. One can hope.

To change the language it is in the launcher that opens when you launch the game.
The one that has a small image and a button that launches the game on the first tab and graphics options on the second tab.
The language is in the second tab, at the bottom right just above the to buttons, set it to "-" (not "english") then click on the button on the right below that.

Actually, that was my mistake ~~ in the initial config tab (mini launcher page) ~~ I would select "English" as the language. I found out inadvertently, if I left it to the "Japanese" letter or perhaps as you mention above the "-" choice ~~ the game automatically opens up into English. Who knew?
