Sophie's 300% positive release

I couldn't get this no matter what. How does this trigger? Should I put sophie in defense support all the time to up the chances?

attack stance only for sophie,
and the rest defend stance

tl;dr: when close to 300%, put Sophie on defense support + normal attack, put everyone else on defense support + guard action.

doesnt work i found just defending when close with sophie last to go sewewmed tro do it for me
