Runtime error R6025 -pure virtual function call
The game doesn't start 9 times out of 10. Reinstalled Visual C++, video drivers, cleaned register and deleted local config files. Added to anti-virus exceptions. Nothing helps. Any tips before refund?

upd: the problem was missing Media Feature Pack.

Google "Media Feature Pack" and download it from the microsoft site.
