Finding side quests?

I have a side quest but don't know where to go. It says it's marked with a orange symbol but there is no orange symbol only a blue one which is my main quest.

When you click on the quest on your screen the camera should move to where it is. If it's an unexplored area it moves to *roughly* where it is and you won't see the marker until you've discovered the location.

Yes it does that but I have been on every hex in that area but no supplies. All the hexes in that area has been discovered, The quest is to find the lost supplies.
Maybe a bug or it needs me to do something to make the supplies visible. I think I best canceling that quest if the game allows it.

Come to think about it, I want to buy the DLC, so I'll start a new game after I buy it.

Look to see if there is a hex with a light border inside it. That means it's 'unexplored' even if there are no clouds covering it.

There's also an "?" in these hexes. Sometimes it's a bit bad to see.
