+1 for Etrian. It's a "Create your own party" RPG, though there's no rogue or random elements. It's much more of a straightforward RPG. If you're wanting something randomized WITH party creation, there's not a lot of options.

Dishonorable mention: Iron Oath. The game developers never really finished the game, and it punishes you for wanting to explore and learn about the game lore and the writing is terrible. Avoid it at all costs.
But I think Stolen Realm is everything upgraded.
Loot rarity random bonus, classless passive tree, tile based turn based combat.
