For example, say an enemy has taken the advantage and attempted to ambush-- and you're there alone with your party behind you...
If your character is unprepared then they could die and lose a life, take amounts of damage, or have to respawn in town and lose XP.
If your whole party is with you and the enemy were to ambush you, the chances of surviving the ambush would be a lot higher since you have back-up and more players with varieties of damage.
((Also, it would take a lot less turns to get to a dungeon or a desired place, and if there's a haunt/chaos on the timeline that happens before the party gets to stop it, then its quite a bad situation.))
But yes, this idea has its faults but it would be good if they implemented it as an option and it used more movement speed.
+1 for group movement, the tedium and stress of always keeping my party together kinda killed this game for me. +1 shared gold too, for that matter.
i want to refund this game coz of the single movement.so frustrating
