Lore store items and past saves all gone

Many lore store items (I have unlocked in previous play through and my saves are all gone) I do not want to grind again for those items. Anyone has any idea how to unlock the lore store items?

Same here: I had everything unlocked and bought on lore store and now about half of the items have become locked again, all saved games are gone (not a huge problem, I had abandoned those ones), and Hildebrant's Cellar doesn't show that I've ever been there and it took a lot of effort to get my high score (that one I am miffed about). Do you think it's because of the update? Should I wait and hope it gets fixed somehow? Don't want to start re-buying stuff etc until I'm certain that that's the best course to take, although I do have more than enough lore store points. It's not like some of my playing history has disappeared, the things that are locked or unlocked don't correspond to any point in time as much as I can recall.

I am pretty sure it is because of the update. They have not changed anything from my last play through until the last update. I could click the load button (that works somehow) and see the treasure hunter right there lol
