How to get Gladiator?

I bought the DLC for him, but I still don't have him. Do I need to find him in the campaign after already buying him IRL?

Yes, you have to do the new campaign and choose the right path (there's two, you'll find her in the Parched Waste). Meeting her is not enough, though, you also have to defeat her.

You don't have to search for her specifically, she's part of the main quest.

OH, and as with all characters, you only unlock the possibility to unlock her/him ingame. You'll still have to spend lore store points for the actual unlock.
According to the wiki it's for 15 points, so make sure to save these.

When do you choose a path? It never gave that option to me. Do I need to reach a certain point in the campaign?

Yes, there's only a single point where you actually choose something. Choose Parched Waste - the other is that vulcano thing, can't remember the name right now.
