When playing For The King/Dungeon Crawl/Frost Adventure you can find many items within night markets, as quest/loot reward or at random encounters.
So it‘s more a „some do, some don‘t“. I‘m happy to give specific information. What is unclear to you?
It's very weird. It'd be really cool if it all applied to your current game. The world feels a bit empty without.
I'm playing "For the King" mode.
Trainers are just a rare sight, sometimes I don’t come across one in a whole playthrough, other time i find three.
The primordial oak (or something..) i also very rare.. and i think it only pops up in the burning forrest realm.. (others please correct me if I‘m wrong).
Also, the items will be available at chance during your next adventure after unlocking and buying them. Again.. sometimes I really hope on a specific one but won‘t find it, and also, they all appear during their appropriate time during your story progression, so you won‘t find a +30dmg Hammer right at the get go, etc.
I definitely agree. The world in the first few rounds is very plain.. but it might be helpful to not feel too overwhelming.
Regarding carneval ticket drops: you might find some weird item drops in this game... but that‘s just how this game is sometimes... nothing to do there.
Good luck on your adventures.
