Last time I checked, i was somewhere on stage 30 or so. Stage, not room...
i‘m gathering more money, godsbeard and other health with no problems at all. Sanctums have started repeating themselves. Scourges haven‘t just yet although I have fought all nine.. Deimos or lucky was the last one I think.
My party composition is Hunter-Monk-Hunter
I will update on it.
What's the reason for these three? My party is:
- Monk: Party heal and Discipline, which is pretty much IMBA as you will always give FOCUS to the rest of the party if they have any and you do the kill.
- Woodcutter: As tank and to smash doors (Elite Door Bash)
- Trapper: For DMG as the Hunter and to deal with the many traps (Elite Trap Disarm)
I also used two lives early on.
Once you obtained your desired gear and you‘re level cap (14) you can’t really die in one fight alone. Your hp alone is around 150 at that point. At this point I don’t rely on evasion anymore on my hunters. One has 30 armor and wields a royal spear, the other only 20 but has an assassin‘s bow. I‘d love to get a dragon bow for the other one.. those 100dmg crit shots.. oh boy!
@bloodfire I‘m sad to report: no carnevals, no night markets, no fun stuff whatsoever... nothing that you haven‘t encountered in the upper levels. On the contrary: the only traps are those stalactite traps that are disarmed with a high-awareness character. Doors I smash with my STR monk. No focus needed. Treasure maps, vision scroll, purify maps.. sell all..
Monk for party heal and smashing doors. They mostly require only two rolls anyways. I use him as a STR character so he is also my tank. Very versitile.
I decided to use two hunters over one hunter and a busker/minstrell due to dmg output. I‘d want a talent based char for gaining more gold.. but I value dmg more in this gamemode as of right now. You gain just enough to buy anything useful anyways. With two hunters that take the first turn you can often eliminate one of three enemies before they can attack. Might not sound like much but done in so many encounters it really stacks up. Although for other reasons, it’s like bloodfire said: it comes down to having to heal less, thus using fewer godsbeard.
You forgot to mention the BUG where after LVL 14 the enemies don't scale anymore, which as you mention, it's impossible to die ...

@bloodfire: No need for "save-scumming". I played very carefully, just as how I play MASTER, and I managed to reach ROOM 15 (LVL 15) and from that point I can die (due to the bug). It wasn't easy to get to this point, I lost all my sanctums (including my bellowed GOLD sanctum) and all of my extra life. It's possible, don't give up :D
@SantadriverCH at stage 30 what are the LVL os your heroes? I reached 12 at stage 15 so I'm guessing that you are LVL 20 - 25 on your heroes? I mean, if the enemies are stuck in LVL 9 - 10, can they even hit you? :D
Would love to hear the stats of your heroes:
- Health : 200
- DMG : 200
amirite? :D :D :D

At lvl 14 they‘re capped.
Hp around 150
Dmg depends... my assassin‘s bow hunter hits humanoids for a bit over 100 regularly.
Enemies do hit.. but like at stage 15, nothing to be concerned about.
Trapper (Evasion Tank/Trap Disable/Piercing Dagger)
Blacksmith (Vit Knight/Piercing Dagger/Door Basher)
Busker (Party Heal/Restore/Mass Haste/Reflect/Distract/Inspire/Perform)
I have to say my 67 evasion on my trapper is way more effective then the 22/22 armor/resistance on my blacksmith. I started my run with no way to party heal and finally found a white loot in the 3 store in the dungeon. :O I was stuck with that first level loot until I got to a depth of about 10 and then I found a divine loot and things improved a little.
Could you confirm that when reaching "66 - 6" you meet "Diablo"? :D :D :D :D :D
I mean, DEVS, this need to happen !!! :D
