Game not Loading after Clicking "Understood"
I played this game a few times and it was a lot of fun. Even finished an entire campaign with one of my friends. After we played, we ended trying another format in the game (The one where the first person to 100 gold wins). When playing this, we got into our first combat, and the game let him go first, but afterwards when it was my turn, no options appeared. I had no way to attack, run away, or do anything for that matter. I ended up having to close the game, and ever since then, when I load the game up, I get to the menu stating "Do not set out on this quest....." and click "Understood". The game registers the selection by making the button go dark, but never goes anywhere from there. I can hit ESC, but I am left with the background music, and the background image of the menu screen, minus the menu to make a selection. I have deleted the game and downloaded again from steam. Even went into the game files and deleted the saved data. Nothing has gotten me past that screen so far. Any help?

So I didn't find one until way later. I ended up having to clear my saved data file and undo the Steam Cloud save. Apparently the issue was coming from a corrupted game file that even after deleting and redownloading the game, Steam would continue to update for my last save files, which also housed the corrupted files. I am able to play just fine now. Hope that helps
I managed to reach the devs who found that I had a corrupted database file and that steam was rebuilding the game off of it, once I was able to delete the file as the game was preparing to build, it had to remake the db file and fixed my issue.

How'd you delete the files?

I suspect you should delete the contents in this folder (copy this in a Run prompt (Win+R))
%appdata%\..\locallow\IronOak Games\FTK\save

You will have to do this to delete your PC save data but you will also have to be sure to delete the save data in the Steam Cloud. You can also simply turn off steam cloud save to prevent it from uploading your corrupted save. This is why the game kept crashing even after I deleted FTK and redownloaded it again
