2: Also a great idea that makes the party able to get their melee characters close enough to a fight before the ranged characters use up their turn.

After i post this I read somewhere that is the player who host the match not the server, my mistake. About the levels, sometimes you aren't strong enough to fight some monsters, and the "weaker' monsters are too weak and don't give much XP, 20 levels instead of 10 would increase the fights options, and decrease 1 level power increase of monsters. Right now the game isn't bad at all, the 1° and 2° itens of the list is of course more a concern right now. Nice to see someone share the same opinion about 1° and 2°.
