rogue isles ?
where are the rogue isles ? i have a quest to go there, don't see them in overworld ? thanks

You can click on the location in the quest list and the map will show where you need to go. In this case it may be hidden in the clouds and you will need to search the area.

It's usually an ocean adjacent to the golden plains zone. You know you've found said zone if there's a bunch of little tropical islands scattered about.
