Unspending Focus

Sometimes I accidentally press the button to spend focus when I don't actually want to spend it on that action. (For example getting an extra movement point when I don't need it.) Is there anyway to recall dedicated focus points before you have commited the action?

No, unless it is an attack. If it is an attack just move your mouse off of the move you were about to do on to a different move then the focus will come back.

I think this is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid thing. WTF. Why we cant simply cancel the action?
