As of 2017-08-30, the game now features an in game bug submission system. Located on the Version number in the bottom left:

Please use this system at the moment you experience the bug. This will ensure we get a correct screenshot, log file, and save file.

Yes, it requires your email. No we will never use it for marketing purposes, or sell it or use it for anything other than getting in touch with you regarding the bug.

If you can't use the bug form for some reason

Then please email support AT ironoakgames DOT com and include the output_log.txt, the save file of the relevant game, and screenshots.

The game doesn't go, pops up an English box, the game crashes

When I am sailing ,all my roles get on the little ship.The main problem I have is that it cn't move and my only option is to force quit the game.many times I resume the adventure is the same situation ,then I lose all of my progress because of the bug.

Guys after the update yesterday the game makes some strange things... First i cant heal and attack in the same turn as the update said with none of my heroes , second i was in a city with no movement left and the market tab open and it didnt let me open my bag to see my items and sell them.. third i used party heal with the herbalist , he didnt take a heal , i used one more and he healed , and next turn he healed again by himself .. and last one if i equip my trapper with a bow at the first turn he shoots 2 times sometimes .. I had none of these bugs until yesterday

after battle, the battle interface does not exit. I think this bug is related with item number counter because the number item is still increasing dramatically after loot.

Yes someone else reported the item number counter increasing dramatically. I can't seem to reproduce it. Can you send me the save file where it happens?

Game_directory/save/data.bin (for single player) and datamp.bin for multiplayer.

Also the game_directory/FTK_data/output_log.txt

Except for the increasing item number, sometimes items disappeared when a character gave them to another character.

When quitting without saving, if I do not close the whole game the game will be stuck after receiving the next war trophy.

Just purchased the game, made it to the bandit boss. During fight, had a freeze and couldnt do anything, i then hit button to menu, resume game, and it worked. However, after fight, could not do anything other than quit. If I cant even play an hour of it, might return it.
