Cannot Land in Harazuel

Just got into the quest "Purge Harazuel in The Ocean" and I found out I can't land my party from the ship neither from the balloon. Anyone knows a solution?

You should be able to land on the middle square of the tower, the animation is a bit strange - you probably won't see your character, but as soon as you click on the middle square again once your character is there - you'll get the option to enter the dungeon.

Edit: by landing I don't really mean to use "land" option of baloon - simply click on the middle square of the tower once you're airborne in the baloon, that should work.

I can only land there using the Baloon? I guess I'll continue trying just so I know how to enter, because so many turns gone waste that the chaos level messed up my game, all the mini bosses with the negative effects spawned ^^
