What does the status effect "Frozen" do?

I think it has the same effect as slow except less. This game needs more details on the effects and spells. Hard to tell what's what at time.

Take a look 5 posts bottom.
Check the "help->buffs and debuff" in the bottom right (gear).
If you are frozen, you will receive 25% more damage. Great for combo (25% damage on ice).
