Cross Platform with one UPlay account

I already own Bridge Crew on the PS4 and have now bought it for PC. I understand that the multiplayer uses UPlay servers. Since both my PS4 and PC use the same account is it possible to still play with them both on the same server, i.e my friend on my PS4 on my account and me on my PC with the same UPlay account.

Cross-play is enabled by default, so it is possible to play with friends from Uplay.

I have the same question (which wasn't answered) - if you have the same uPlay account signed into the PS4 and PC, can you play a game with your PS4 and PC?

Nope, need to be different accounts.
