Star Trek: Bridge Crew

Star Trek: Bridge Crew

Mods?
Are there any mods to this game? I realize that it would only be for single player game, but I'd like to see if anyone has added any "home made" content.

No, doesn't seem possible to mod. CBS wouldn't allow it anyways as they would sick their lawyers on anyone who tried to create anything Star Trek without permission.

Seriously? CBS can't do anything when it comes to modding. It's not like someone is selling anything man. Modding should be free to begin with. Not to mention it's a video game. It's a VR game. I doubt anyone has bothered to mod a VR game. Someone should though. CBS is a jerk for attacking Stage 9. It was gonna be a very realistic Star Trek VR game. CBS has no respect for Star Trek especially Paramount Pictures. They really bit the dust for while when Discovery came out. They'll make a comeback with Picard but they need to bring the films back to it's true roots. I am sick of CBS attacking people who make fan films or special games. They look amazing. They have no respect for Star Trek fans at all. I don't see anyone bashing Star Wars fans if they mod single player? Like come on. It's just a franchise. Stop being so greedy. I can promise you that someone is gonna want to MOD this game but I dunno how you can mod VR. But Bridge Commander is a Star Trek game and it has been modded for years. I have never once seen CBS attack them at all. Sure why not let's mod this game for the fans! Single Player only that is!

This just isn't true. I don't think you really know what Mods are and how they work.

I once tried the Unity Asset Bundle Extractor (https://github.com/SeriousCache/UABE) on the game. It worked and extracted all the textures, bunch of images, mission parameters, AI logic scripts, etc. In theory it should be possible to re-skin the game, maybe change how the AI fights, maybe even change the missions or make new ones, but I had no idea how to do that or put it all back together. Seems potentially moddable, though.
