Any way to read these on Android/iPhone?

I've seen the older Higurashi VN converter, but it doesn't seem to work with the newer retranslated chapters. Is there any way to get these on Android so I can reread them on the go? Either that, or is there any plans to release them on mobile in the future?

Not that I know of. Maybe someone could write an interpreter. Luckily, there was a blog post[blog.mangagamer.org] with some technical coverage of MangaGamer's process for converting to the Unity engine. (Unfortunately, all of the image links have broken. But there is an archived version[archive.is].) That would probably help whoever might decide to develop a mobile interpreter.

That sucks :/ Might just look into downloading a text dump to read on the go.

Consider carefully whether you want to settle for less than the full experience. It would not even be close to being the same. IMO, it'd be better to watch someone's playthrough or let's play of it.

I've already read all of the chapters (even the newest one when it first released on mangagamers site, just haven't got on here to get all of the achievements), I just want it to read over again.

It is on iPhone, which was where I first read these. However, it's an older (and waaaaaay rougher) translation. It's also only released up to Tsumihoroboshi or Meakashi iirc, and doesn't have any of the new artwork.

Yeah, I had the old translation one on my phone, and it was wayyy to rough to warrant reading considering this one is already released.
