It should be in full-screen by default, but if it is not - yes, ALT+Enter is the solution.

If you start the game and press "F1" you can choose to "launch in full screen" - every time you start the game, it should no be in full-screen.
But as said earlier "Alt+Enter" is also a good solution.

ps.: If you want to reload fast - just press "F12" and you get to the starting screen.

There any way of getting a larger non full screen view?

Full screen really screws up my multi monitor setup when I gotta tab out of the game to check something or respond to someone on Discord etc.

But leaving the game not in fullscreen isn't an option either.. game is absolutely tiny when no in full screen.. like 1/20th of my monitor screen tiny XD
Maybe more than that.
