[0.10.147] In-game option not work propertly

Hello, I've switched to the beta version,
launched the game and see the launcher window witch is detects my FullHD (1920x1080) resolution, select the highest alaliable graphics quality and launch the game.



In game I open settings ans they shows me:

1. invalid screen resolution over 3000x3000 (4K playing?) not supported by my monitor. My resolution max is 1920x1080 (FullHD)
Option shouldn't show invalid/not supported resolutions.

2. V-SYNC not auto-configure and lock the FPS lock option, according to monitor device capabilities (my monitor supports max 60 rates per second)
Option shouldn't show not supported frame rates.
V-SYNC option in enabled state should setup "FPS lock" to my 60 FPS and disable option for user changes.

My monitor can't do more 60 frames per sec even if in game I setup the 120 or 220 frames per sec, just more perfomance looses.
