This is a little out there, but maybe you'd like Shelter 2. You still have resource management, hazards both in weather and other animals, and you do have a "base."
*Frozen state (just the same as Wild eight, copy conform)
*Dysmantle (the best game ever in the series)
*Delivery form the pain (does the job nicely)
*Project zomboid (who doesn't know this one ;) )
Could also be interesting, but is more group and turn based combat related.
*Dead state
*Wasteland 2
There are probably some other games like 'The wild eight' but these ones comes close to mind.
I recommend you DYSMANTLE, no starvation risks an no material detoration.
