How to feed wolf? And it's just sitting there not following?

I have the crafted wolf food item for my tamed wolf, but can't do anything with it and dropping it on wolf does nothing? And the wolf just sits there and won't follow me or do anything?

Hello!
You can feed any wolf, but a wild wolves won't stop chasing you and they'll attack you even if you'll feed them. Wolf food is a special item to feed the wolf you already tamed.
In order to tame a wolf, you need to craft an item called "Wolf bait" and place it near a wild wolf. After the wolf will eat the bait, you'll see a "tame" icon, tapping on which you can set your pet's name and friendly fire settings.

That's not what I have a problem with? I HAVE a pet wolf, but I can't feed him and he also doesn't follow me or attack he just sits on the floor doing nothing. I have ALREADY tamed him, but yeah the problems I mentioned above. I've tried dropping the crafted wolf treats, running away etc, he won't eat or do anything?

Yep, that's a bug.
We know about this problem and it will be fixed in upcoming updates.

Ooh right ok. So if it works normally I could drop the wolf treats on the floor and he would eat them, and there's no controls he would just auto follow and attack?

If it works normally, if you drop wolf treats (or any other meat except mutant meat) on the floor near tamed wolf, the wolf eat it, and he will auto follow you and attack your enemies.
