We don't have support for cloud saving. There is an option in the game to delete any of the existing save files, which conflicts with cloud saving feature.
I'm in the same boat as you. Loaded up the game on the work computer and was disappointed to not see my save from home.
My work around is that each time I'm done playing, I take the opportunity to backup my saves to a .zip file and put that in my Dropbox. When I want to play again, I pull my saves out of the Dropbox and dump them into the save directory.
It's a pain in the ass, but on the other hand it does allow you to manually capture a save in case you mess something up down the line, you don't have to worry about the game overwriting the 3 saves when you have your own archive.
