Stuck...

If anyone knows what to do or where I need to go after I put the gear into the machine, can you please tell me? I have been stuck for a while now and am getting frustrated... It's probably right infront of me but I don't understand it... (Great game by the way, so far no dissapointments)

I'm stumped in the same place as you. After putting the gear in the machine we need two power crystal thingies to go in the two ends of the machine we put the gear in and they are found inside the two statues in the room with the big laser that we charged the battery thing with in order to make the grasp. We need to get the power to flow to the water and food statues in order for them to activate to get the power crystal things out of them, but in order to do that I need to find the cube with the rock in it to attach to the floor so I can move the second part of the floor around in order to create a path for the laser to go to the food and water statues...so I need to find the cube with a rock in it thing to attach to the floor to do so, but I can't find the cube anywhere so I'm completely stumped. The cube seems to be needed to also go through the door in the colosseum with all the stone blocks you can levitate around, so I can't get through that door without the cube either.

Zerenoth you are in the right direction.
You should have the grasp and gauntlet. Have you tried picking up the giant ball?

Yup , I tried putting the giant ball between the giant statue's hands but couldn't reach that high, so I tried putting the ball on the pedistal in the middle of the room in order to maybe send the energy through it, but couldn't activate the energy beam after anyway, so that didn't help either.
Edit: Ok, it seems others can reach to put the ball in the statue's hands. I'll try again later today.

Ohhhh I haven't tried putting it into the statues hands. I will try that. Thanks for the help! I was doing the same as you and putting the ball on that pedistal. It fits just right so I was sure that was what I was supposed to do. Thanks! :)

I thought that way at first too, but then I noticed that the pedistal is rotating and the ball does not if you put it on top, making it obvious that this isn't the intended purpose.

I have the crystals from the pillars...where do I put them???

If you are talking about the crystals you recieve by powering the engine, place them in the respective slots in the solar engine (in the tower of cogs, in that room where you got your second hand) There are two small openings on the right and left of the machine. Use one hand to pull the lever and the other to place the crystal inside. There are symbols on each crystal that corrispond with where you need to put them. Hope this helps :)
