Pro Cycling Manager vs Tour de France??

Hi guys !!

I'm sooooo confused - I saw gameplay on Youtube (Gameriot is the channel name) of a guy playing what I thought was this game. He played with only a single character and did the Tour de France. I liked what I saw and wanted to try it out - and when I typed in Tour de France in the search bar it only showed me Pro Cycling Manager - but looking on Youtube this looks a lot different than the game I saw, allthough Steam (and Google) claims this is the same game?

The HUD is entirely different, in the Tour de France one he commanded only 1 cyclist, where in this one you command an entire team - even in the Be a Pro mode, it doesn't look close to what the game on Youtube looked like - I don't understand can someone please explain this to me?

Why are these 2 different games on Console and PC?

I think youve got it down mate. Theyre the same game, one for console, one for PC.
The last one i owned on console (not sure which), if i remember rightly you could play split-screen 2player.

The name is the same, you liked the console version.
The console verion you can select 1 rider and work your way to tryto win the tpour de france.

The pc game is a lot bigger, there you can controle and manage a complete game. do transfers buy equipment and find sponsors. Make a trainings schedule for each rider.

Now you also have in the pc game that you can start a career with a young cyclist. Choose his strenght. is he a sprinter, puncher climber or is ie the new lance Armstrong.
Also the pc game you dont play only the tour de france, but every race what exist in the real world. And you can play serveral season. And the stage what you think are less intresting you can sim.
