Stamina/Endurance effects the riders in races longer than 170+ km or so. The higher the STA, the better the rider is overall in the later sections of very long races. This is for races like Roubaix and Milan Sanremo, the very long ones.
Resistance has an impact on the yellow bar consumption.
Recuperation is the freshness in longer stage races. For example in the tour, this will affect the freshness of your rider throughout the end of that tour. So in the TDF, during the third week, riders with higher REC will have more energy.
There could be a few mistakes here, but that's all I could make out from it.
