Game not starting

When I click the game, it shows the splash screen, the splash screen disappears and the game is not running anymore. Any ideas/solutions? Browser based I can login but barely use any functions (only sandbox).

Sounds like there's an antivirus process blocking the startup of the main game.
Try launching without it.

It might sound like it, but I don't have any installed (I just reinst. win10 a few days ago)... any other suggestions. Do note I don't get any messages like people say in the other comments. It simply stops working.

Installed WMP, no difference. Game does work on my gf's pc, same network, same windows, same AV. I still have absolutely no clue as to why it should not work. I hope if and when you have time, you could still look into this problem. Thanks

It might not make a difference, but there was a minor update earlier this day. Have you tried to re-install the game?

unfortunately, reinstalling the game makes no difference, any other suggestions :>

Same issue here, Surface Pro 3. Splash screen, then nothing.

@Tanya: Does launching the web version from splashscreen work for you at least?

It offered that once, when I clicked Yes it exited again.
If I start the game now, I only get a splash screen with no dialogs at all.

That is because the splashscreen tries to run the game website in your default browser.
1.) It may not be privileged to do so on your computer
2.) Your browser may be objecting
3.) Your AV SW may be against as well (anti-spam protection?)

To be asked to make the decision again, go to your game installation folder and remove the 'browserinstead' file.
