game crashes freeze and even get stuck on dark screen help plz

Long story short i finally finished .Hack I.M.O.Q later i saw .HACK.GU on steam sales i bought it.
Once installed i played the tutorial normally on my first try to save the screen froze an i had no other option than to reset the pc to fix it. after all the cutscenes back on control of the pj i did as the game said to follow this glasses guy, thing is that it keep happening im stuck at the same point where the protagonist has to follow this guy and later meets these other two players than party up with us but i can't pass from that without the game crashing.

i have to mention that my pc aint a low spec one i'm running the game at solid 60fps with no fluctuations and the graphic config is all on high settings.
i also have to mention that while the screen freezes the audio is still playing like normal.

PLEASE HELP ME TO FIX THISS

Also, if this doesn't fixes it, you can always lower the graphics as it only boosts performance and does not lower anything in detail for graphics whatsoever.

I followed your guide but it didn't help either i tried to play again on 640x480 resolution and i could advance a bit futher, last crash happened at the ending of the first mission with the pup and the green guy near the chest. this time i get to that point and the game didn't crashed hopefully once the cutscenes and email phase is ended i go back for the 2nd mission with the same party everything goes well until i get to the target of the misson where game crashes again.
idk what to do aparently when i hit the 90% of the quest the game decides to crash :(

Note: i did download the GeForce Experience tool and followed the guide but my window doesn't have the same option that appears in yours (the second item refering to ´´select the prefered graphic processor to this program¨´)
