How do I meet the doppleganger?

I know that I need to stay for about 5 mins in any field area except story areas, but do I need to stay still for 5 mins or running \ riding also counts? Does area level matter?

Do not get in a battle for 5 mins. If you want, just clear all the monsters first.

You can walk or ride if you want to, heck it helps kill time.
But NO combat during that time so killing off the monsters is a VERY good idea
Level does not Matter at ALL

Note in Vol2 a new area word will be given "Moonlight" that'll spawn a doppleganger with ZERO wait time.
heck I used it once and the doppleganger was nearby when I entered the field.

Hello there!

I have a particular great area and tatic to found & win against Doppelganger, but I'm not in home right now, so I can't give you the Area Word (Have Sleipnir), BUT!

I found myself in trouble against Doppelganger, and all I do to win is:

1. Defeat all monster in the area. Make sure your Awakening Gauge is full. Set it do Demon Awakening (spell attacks)
2. Get Sleipnir's buff.
3. Found the motherf*cking Doppelganger
4. Open battle normally. After Sleipnir attacks, use Smoke Screen
5. Get straight back in Doppel's. Mount your Bike and, when Smoke Screen's effect is over, acelerate.
6. After Sleipnir's attack, use your Awakening and smash the action button.

With this, it's a really easy win in any level you are. If you won't sure if your awakening will kill Doppel, just repeat step 4 and 5.
