What should I complete before converting vol 1 to vol 2?

I highly doubt I'm gonna 100% all 3, or 4 of these games, but I would like to know what important stuff carries over, or what I should check off so that I can continue with no worries.

Usually I don't like leaving stones unturned but I don't think the fighting and gameplay is the strongest aspect here. much rather experience the story. That said I'd like to feel comfortable with what i've done before i just skip whatever's left.

1- Book of 1000 (lvl 3) + Avatar Fights if u want the BGM, Background and greeting cards
2- kill Doppleganger for nice gear on later volumes
3- Abyss Quest (hidden quest)

I love the gameplay but I'm quite the suspect to say that lol, most things carry over, as for ingame stuff I can say: affection, gear, items, money, chim, book of 1000. Desktop stuff: read posts,bgm,background, emails,greeting cards.

What it does not carry is quests in general, Bikman's flyer, Lucky animals, Chim Kicker, pk hunt. But those can get u some nice gear and some exclusives that helps u complete the Book of 1000.
