Trouble with equiping party

Hi. So basically right now I'm at the arena chapter and I want to upgrade my party's equipment. However,while I have a lot of diferent stuff suitable for my members, somehow I can't or don't know how to equip them properly. For example Silabus fights with the blade. I have several different blades for him, but they don't show up for him in equipment menu. Thanks for solving the problem for me

Talk to them, pick the "Gift' option, and choose the equipment you want to give them.

No, you also can give option part as a gift and customize it in menu.

Remember you can also trade it.

There are achievements for both trading with and gifting to allies
