If all the cards win, its pretty much a 1 hit KO.
Flying (blue) > Shield (yellow) > Snipe (red) > Flying (blue)
Later on you can just make a high cost deck that will win 98% of the time. You need one of the better generals for that though. In volume 3 you can further this strategy with Delta Combos.
Deck 1: This is the main deck that I used to beat Gaspard.

General: Endrance the Exquisite - Snipe Trinity - Charisma 13, HP 10, AP 3
Unit: Check This Out - Snipe - Add 2 AP to general for each junction card you hold.
Unit: Order Upheld - Snipe - Add 2 AP to general.
Unit: Dancing Lion - Snipe - Add 3 AP and HP when general is junctioned by the same trinity unit.
Deck 2: This is what I used before getting enough card for the above. Give fairly good win rate.

General: Tabby Twilight Brigade - Assault - Charisma 12, HP 14, AP 1
Unit: Shadow of Memories - Shield - Add 5 HP to general.
Unit: Master Subaru - Snipe - Add 1 AP and reduce 1 HP each turn.
Unit: Ace of Hearts - Shield - Add 7 HP to general.
Deck 3: This is what I used as subtitutes for Deck 1 if it start losing. Basically switching the full Snipe deck by a Shield deck whenever the trend changes.

General: Shino Twilight Brigade - Shield - Charisma 14, HP 16, AP 2.
Unit: Don't Kick - Snipe - Render my general unable to attack for 4 turns, then rais AP by 5 and HP by 6.
Unit: Invisible - Shield - Reduce damage to general by 2.
Unit: Voluntary Trust - Shield - Reduce damage to general by 1.
The record for all 3 decks together is: 2966 battles - 2144 wins - 822 losses.
This is for which volume?
Vol 2, but for the record I just started Vol 3, and out of over 100 matches, Deck 1 hasn't lost once. Haven't tested the other two yet.
My Volume 2 deck:
Endrance the Exquisite
Any 1 cost card
Grim Reaper's Rondo
Dancing Lion
This will win nearly always through high cost cards skyrocketing your AP.
My Volume 3 deck:
Shino - Twilight Brigade
Invisible
Our Best Shot
Check This Out
This deck relies on a Delta Combo to give all your cards +3 cost; this plus the order guarantees that they'll always be junctioned. Invisible + Our Best Shot reduce received damage by 3, and Check This Out gives you +6 AP for having 3 cards junctioned - bringing Shino's damage to 8.
It has a 100% win rate, even against other player-made decks.
