She deserve an own thread... The cutest character and a beautiful person is gone... Poor Haseo. She was the waifu of much players, now... lets revenge her!

I must have forgotten some part of the story a long time ago, but how did alkaid go from hating haseo in volume 1 to having a super crush on him in volume 2?
there was even a sidequest in 1 that features her. and sure enough, she really hates him still.

As far as I concerned... Nothing major happened. She came to Haseo in Vol 2 after the scene with Sirius acting strange and asked for his help. It escalates from that. I think the story writer meant to say that she'd had time thinking things over, and realized that Haseo entered the Demon Palace to get to Endrance - AIDA, and now he's doing the same thing for her and Sirius. Her anger disappeared completely after that scene where Haseo agreed to enter the Holy Palace.

At least that's how I think the whole thing supposed to go. It didn't translate that well in-game though. It almost seems like she's over her anger overnight.

She doesn't really know about AIDA, at least it is never really stated that she knows.

What made the change between hating and starting to like him was when Pi told her to think about the reason why haseo had to enter the tournament and "hack" to win agaisnt her.

She doesn't exactly know about AIDA. She was just able to connect the dots that "something is going on" and Haseo was somehow involved. And maybe it's just like the comment above said. Most of the time she was by herself "thinking" happened in the background though, so that didn't really help.

based on my experience & what i read, maxing the affection of every character isn't really necessary instead you are going to adjust party roster with him/her (affecting their actions in a battle), or somehow u were enjoying kind of e-mail chat (to chain email feedback from them). but i felt that the one most important thing that matters in affection was in trade offer with that character, so you can get less-offering for items that u demand on them.

She's a secondary character in .hack//Alcor, a story about a girl (Nanase) who wants to be like her "sempai" (actually, just a popular classmate) and Alkaid in both The World and IRL (Nanase, not Alkaid) to make Silabus look at her because she has a crush on him, taking place in Alkaid's Demon Palace title and fall. In this story, apparently Alkaid knows both Silabus and Gaspard.

I don't think it sounds too much like a males voice. It seemed more like a girl who was trying too hard to sound tough and didnt realize how rediculous it sounded. Which fits her personality/character imo.

Also,... she sounds alot like one of the kanker girls from Ed, Edd, and Eddy(even shares some quotes I think)... which I don't like at all. So being reminded of that every time she spoke doesnt help.

Fun fact; her japanese voice actress is the same of BlackRose in IMOQ. However, in the english version, the voice actress also do Saku & Bo's voices
