What actions fill the Morale bar?

I know whenever a party member is healed by another character they say 'Thanks' and add a smidge to it, and Rengekis add 2-3 times that, but are there any other methods of causing the bar to fill?

It's not random. You get morale whenever someone heals, (including when you heal a teammate) you use a rengeki, or when you combo with a party member. IIRC, long combos can also give morale as well.

It all depends who's in the party, different characters like different things. Gaspard and Silibus i think was his name, like combos and arts.

Simple healing/casting spells will fill the bar slightly - anything that makes characters "speak" in battle.

Characters also have a Favorite action that will boost their affection toward you as well as give you lots of morale. Rengeki is a Favorite action for everyone, but they all have their own individual ones too.

For example, Piros and Kuhn will trigger when they get the final hit on an enemy. Silabus and Pi like combos, so you need a chain of 15/16 (forgot which) for their action.

I think Gaspard's is healing him when he's low hp...can't remember. But yeah, stuff like that.

Just like MegaMan typed, certain actions increases the Moral Bar. Using Rengeki, reaching a combo of 13-16, your ally performing a skill.
