.hack stopped working

The same happend to me , it was a problem with the joystick driver , if you have a joystick in your pc , uninstall the drivers that should be 3 of them , the game has its own way to make de joystick work , it crash when the two ways play at the same time , try this way if doesnt work i don't know how to fix it , but thats the way i fix it when it happend to me (i do not know to much english so sorry if i look like Tarzan or something like that)

As for me I took out one 4Gb ram and it's fine, I think it's broken for my case.
