D.VA its not possible for someone outside of europe to preorder. You can but you would have to have a vpn specified to a european server. Even then you would be having issues as more then likely its verification will be europeon.

You will most likely be able to download the game ahead of time to have it ready for release day.

Went to the site, it lists £44.99 as the price - if that's the case come tomorrow then they can ♥♥♥♥ off frankly.

To be fair, it is 3 remastered games and an extra "half game" in GU Reconnect, so the amount you're getting for the price is pretty good.
I would've personally preferred it a little cheaper, perhaps around £39.99 but eh, it's still worth I think.

Use a vpn login into steam in a different region if your not happy with the euro price.
