Are the 10 Campaign levels the tutorial levels, or are there further campaign levels in the main game beyond the tutorial?

Set Difficult level ? Like, very easy, Easy, medium and Hard. Hi, I did play the demo and thats a nice game, but why cant you set difficult level ?
