Spreadsheet (Artifacts, Weapons, Spiritnites, etc.)

Just started a spreadsheet so we can document the various stuff in this game. The artifact list isn't complete and since I haven't unlocked all of them, be great if the community can help fill that out. The descriptions for some skills also need to be added.

Everyone can edit the document. I recommend saving a backup after you add stuff in, in-case someone deletes things accidentally. Once we are close to completion, we can lock the spreadsheet. Also, feel free to make it more readable via colors and borders.
