Eh, most of the time. Nintendo has started adding built in cheat codes (called the Guide System) where if you fail too much they'll let you have the game beat or skip a level for you. Some other companies, mostly indies doing retro style games are adding in cheat codes.

Then there's the inescapable fact that we're on PCs and can edit files, bringing rise to Cheat Engine and other things that allow you to alter the game code to your advantage (just like Game Genie in the old days).

Other games include built in access to a console where you can activate cheats, like every Bethesda game.

Shadowrun's new titles include a cheat system in the console too, not just a console but clickable cheat buttons.

You have demonstrated time and again that you don't know how to have a conversation like an adult, so don't expect people to take you seriously until you learn a thing or two about how to have an actual exchange of ideas.
