Question about the vile god route

Hey everyone I’m am trying to do the vile god route I already have done the goddess route now i am having some trouble to begin the vile god route I am at the sanctuary and I am battling the vile god from what I’ve heard I can’t win this battle but went I loose I get game over instead of the story to progress what going on with this route or what am I doing wrong????

Please help 😟🤔.

Update: Okay i did some research and i think i may have goof on the vile god route, from what I’ve seen I believe that I have unlocked the “Evil Goddess Route” which would explain why I am getting a “game over” when i loose against the vile god further more there are some special conditions to unlock each route I thought that in order to unlock the vile god route I need to pull out almost all the furies on the vile god and leave a few furies on the goddess but from what I’ve seen that didn’t unlock the vile god route at all😕.

Can someone explain what condition is needed to unlock the vile god route?????

But but Evil Goddess Route - Pull out at least sixteen swords from the Vile God before clearing Cavare Desert (the first part, not the sanctuary part).

So means between 7-15 swords you may pull out from vile god.

Huh😳…. I didn’t expect that i thought that if you remove all furies on the “goddess” you can unlock the “goddess route” and when you remove all furies on the “vile god” you can unlock the “vile god route” and when you remove all furies from both “gods” you unlock the “evil goddess route”.

But from what you told me i got it wrong 😑 still if i continue on this evil goddess route i can unlock a new character and some new furies I believe.

Me netiher. But luckily i found this page when searching for the endings logic (how to get which ending) before i have pulled out to much of the furies from vile god.
Yes Evil Godess Route has 2 additional characters compared to Goddes Route. You will not miss any Characters if you miss Vile God Roote (You should have 9 at the end of goddess route). Not sure about items in vilde god roote, but evil goddes route has also the strongest items.
You can still make the Vile God Route after the Evil Goddess Route (but consider that the fights will be less challenging then)

But be warned: Evil Goddess Route has stronger enemies.

But there are options for leveling up.: Do you have a version where you have the 4 Bonus Dungeons? You can easily level up 10 levels per fight (its a longer fight though) if you are below Level 60 in Dungeon 4 for example. If you have unlocked Evil Godesss Route then you will also have also enogu Furys for a high shukoos Tower floor. This one has also an alternative path. But for leveling bonus dungeons wohl be better.

If you level too much than the fights will get too easy at some point (do not level much higher than level 100). I think at the end of eveil goddes route you should be near to level 100 as some of the enemies have that level in their description.

Note: Considering the plot it makes sense that taking more out uf the Furies causes another route.

In the other guide i read at that time it was mentioned that you can get all furies in each route. But i missed i think Dohn (black magic) in Goddess Route. In another route it was just a reward. So as i got Dohn already in Vile God Roote, i do not know whre it is in evil goddess route

Did you synthesized the light magic S fairy in goddes mode (from some broken part)? That one can be oversen. Also Shukoosos Tower has some furies (Guillermos Quests)

Well that interesting 🤔🤔, but you are right about the strong enemies i am having a little trouble with the vile god to continue the story my characters are at level 29 I do have DLC rank S furies at max level. I do have the fix fury but i don’t have the last S rank fury i am still working getting it, anyway i still need to get pass the vile god first before I do anything else like for example what level do you recommend i beat with so far that demon kill me 4 times already and gave me 4 game over now how can i beat that powerful demon any tips ????

Do you have a save game for me? Maybe you can change your armor sets and optimzing some resistances (optimize amulet and fariy resistance) or use some world shaping on the dungeon with the boss fight. Evenutally you missed to synthesize an useful item.

I was already at Level 27-29 when i was thrown back in time for the first time, so i am surprised that you can get there one route later with still level 29. Maybe because you buyed some of the power items in DLC i guess? Usually the characters which are joining give you a good hint which level is expected so i always tried to catch up with the joined character. But if you have only Level 29, did you miss then the joning of Appolonius? I think he had 30 or 35 as min level to convince him to join. And Lola joined with Level 55 in Godess route (if you did all the fury subquests of her), so she is twice as strong as your other alies?
Using Appolonius would probably here as well but we can achieve his abilities also via world shaping.

And we can still retreat from the Dungeon with Vile God, level a little bit up and come back again. Actually i would recommend level 55+ for the vilegod roote, as Lola joins with 55 and the first character joinins in evil godess route is somewhere between 70 to 90 (i forgot it).
So maybe sth. like 65 to 70 for the Evil Goddes Route.

Sorry my friend i don’t have any save game for you 😅, also all my characters are at level 29 thanks to the world shaping i did along the way as i mentioned before i pull out almost all the furies from the vile god except the S class sword and there are two furies left on the goddess one that is S class and the other I think it is a B or a A class I can’t remember, I still missing 2 furies there is a S class I haven’t found I believe I have to complete that Unique tower in order to unlock it and the final fury I have to do the vile god route or the evil goddess route to unlock it, I already unlock both Lola and Appolonius there is Marianna I only need to unlock and I can get her by doing the evil goddess route I think 🤔.

Okay I think I believe why I am having so much trouble with the vile god it the world shaping I believe I stabbed a fury with “2x damage” the enemy does to me and i think that the problem so i will remove all the furies I stabbed for that level and see if that helps 😅😅😅.

Yes "double damage" effect from world shaping applies to both the damage you are causing to the enemies and to the damage the enemies cause to you. You should only use it if you are sure that you will defeat all the enemies in the first round before the enemy can strike back. Or if the monsters are so weak that you don't mind of course.
Yes, Shukosoos Tower had one emblem on the 35 floor and the last one on the 38 or 39 floor. Not on the 40 floor which is the top floor. Guillermo will tell you then he gives you the last fury from that old man.
Unfortunatelly i do not remember where i got all the furies, but i think on the forum of the link i sent in the beginning to you, it shoud be mentioned where which fairy can be found.
In one route you could obtain an S Fairy from the Quest you get from a speaking Fury from the Fury Hill (this dungeon is only in eveil godess route and vile god roote) but the subquests are different in that location.

Well here is a update i finally beaten that "vile god" now i can proceed with the "evil goddess" route all i can say is the wold shaping was the problem i remove them and equip my five main characters with the dlc furies he was though but i finally manage to beat him.

Now you where not kidding about all the enemies being very strong in this route thank goodness i had my max dlc furies equip or else the enemies would of made mince meat out of me but one good thing about that i can farm a lot of exp very quickly and wp as well this route is a very good place the farm all that.

Now as for the missing Furies i did some research and i manage to find out which fury i am missing the first one i am missing is the A-class dark lizard fairy "Dohn" from what i have heard he can only be obtain in the "vile god route" in the "stairway to heaven" event, the second one is the S-class dark demon fairy 'Gozer" to get him i need to complete all the 39 floors of Shukesoo's tower then give the platinum emblem to the pub owner.

So far there are no hidden furies in the "evil goddess" route but i can however try and do the Shukesoo's tower to try and get the S-class fury however this will prove very difficult i need to world shaping the tower in order to unlock all the floors i don't no how many furies i will need to do this well i hope there a way i can do it.

"Update": I have manage to unlock only 38 floors in Shukesoo's tower and beaten all 38 floors but i can't access the 39 floor with out the A-class dark lizard fairy "Dohn" well it look like i will conker the Shukesoo's tower in the "vile god route" only oh well.

Good to hear. I just noticed the dlc items then i was already level 900, still they had a slight impact but as i saw their def and attakc values on a level like yours they are a big diffrence. Probably you can calucalte those dld helo into level differences.

Interesting. As far as i understood from other forums , the world shaping does not apply to the Shukossos Tower. Since then i never tried to shape it.
But if it should be affected that it could try my ambitious recomnend level 100 problem on hell (without dlc items and dlc fairies)if world shaping affects the tower. Did you observed the world shaping effects really affected as well the tower?

As I said previously, dohn can be get in different ways: or on NG+ on Goddess route (after carrying over the quest rank), OR getting it in either VG (on first time too) or EG route.
So on you ng+ you can go VG route and still get it, in another way, instead of repeating the Goddess route.

So you should be ablte to get Dohn also on the Evil Goddess Route. It looks like it is not possible to get Dohn in the Goddes Route in the first walkthorugh following the thread.
