Is there any way to get missed items?

I didn't know my first time through these places there was some items you could only get your 1st visit there and now I can't finish some quests, is there any other way to get them other then starting a whole new game?

Maybe a new game plus option?

Since you're not even mentioning the items/quests you need there's no easy way to even guess (but then, even knowing the items might not help)...

As for NG+: when you finish the game you get dropped into NG+. So yeah, it exists, bit it's the same as "whole new game"...

Items like smelly fur, once you get so far in the game it's like impossible to find and also the last of the fairies, I completed all the sub quests and am still missing some C's, B's, a few A's and even the 2 S rank ones, I'm not sure how to get the rest of them to free the God and Goddess, I've looked everywhere it's driving me nuts lol

The fairies are easy -- while there's at least one that comes from items, you'll definitely get some of them in specific story routes... so you can't get all of them in one playthrough.

Also, there's at least one from Lola that's easy to miss as you're taking a break in a dungeon and continue in a different one afterwards... so you might not be going back to town to check Lola...

I don't remember whether level differences affect drop rates, but if guides don't give an accessible drop location for something, you'll be out of luck. Chances are the quest won't be mandatory...

I just recently found a smelly fur when breakin some vases at Dansklight Ruins, maybe some of these misseable items appear as drops from enviroment destruction
