Should I go for a specific route on first playthough?

So I'm playing it on Hard Mode and know that there are 3 routes based on how many Furies you get before a certain area. I wanted to know if I should do 3 runs (NG+ for the last 2, first one normally) and if I should do them in an order.

You can't do "evil goddess" on your first playthrough anyway.

My recommendation would be to do the "goddess route" first -- which is what your other team members "want" you to do anyway. Then do "vile god", and finally "evil goddess".

It seems like the most natural progression, and part of the appeal of the various stories is to see the differences compared to how it worked out before. Those are not minor changes to the story; it's three completely different stories.

Can one of you tell me again what I need to do to get to each route?

I'm obviously at my second playtrough even if it looks oddly familiar so far, just did the vulcane level.

I just forgot what I did to get into what I believe has to be the vile god route which seems to be the hardest? and what I need to do when, for the other routes.

I just want to understand it again, but I have trouble to find the treads. english is not my first language and even if I understand much, please be clear about what I have to do if you should want to humor me.

I don't think that one girl should say kill kill at the route I am in for an example even if I played it a long time ago.

Not sure if I forgot something but yes I have pretty much and it looks like I just did a bit of the beginning yesterday.
