How do you get Lola?

I'm tried googling this and I can't seem to find a difinitve guide when to get her sub events, I've heard the first one is before you enter that Kravisse Cave, but I can't find one before or after it. First one that I know of, is after the lava flows. So does anyone actually know when the hell your supposed to activate these at?

Ztarman's guide lists all of the events, but it may have more information than you're looking for. A general rule is just check after entering a new dungeon or a major event.
