Anyone knows how to obtain Tiara's Sky Headdress?

After finished the walkthrough and start NG+. Tiara's Sky Headdress (1/1) is lost. I just wonder if there is another Sky Headdress (1/30). : (

IIRC Sky headdress isn't available anywhere, also accessories do not carry over to NG+ sadly, regardless of choices. RIP Sky headdress and Stylish hairpin

It could be available somewhere considering the alt costumes and some alt accessories can be found. I'll look further into this but I honestly don't see the point or why it's such a big deal.

It could be available somewhere considering the alt costumes and some alt accessories can be found. I'll look further into this but I honestly don't see the point or why it's such a big deal.

My best guess is another fairy gift, but then again, what's the point if you can't carry it to NG+? also too lazy to do 200 battles again

The "default" one can't be carried over just like the alternate costumes but ones that are obtained in the game are permanent. The real question is why the sky headdress is nearly impossible to find yet Tiara's alt costume can be found quite easily.

If it's impossible to complete Tiara's sky outfit. Maybe I should just ask IF to fix it or wait for the CE scripts.

Weird, I found the Stylish hairpin in a treasure chest and it isn't carried over, also regarding the rarity it's probably just randomized *cough*loincloth*cough*

You sure? Alt items I found were carried over besides the ones that were given in the Vile God and Evil Goddess Routes by default.

Stylish hairpin? It's able to be carried over except some key items and default items.

95% sure, but I might re-check again, also I remember somoene at a thread in gamefaqs are making a similar claim.

EDIT: Re-checked, I was in EG route and it doesn't carry over to NG+, but I'm not sure whether the one given in EG route by default overrides the one I got via treasure chest in Goddess route.

It could be that as you can only carry 1 at any given time. Seems stupid to unlock it in one route only to lose it in another which would prompt you to go back to said route only to lose it again in another.

Someone just tell me that Nepgeardam Head (15/15) can not be carried over to NG+ too. I checked my game and it's true. It seems that IF just mess up. I mean the NG+ system.

Just looked as well, mine are gone as well.

Dammit, happened to me aswell. Does anyone know if this bug is exclusive to pc version or if it happened on ps4 too?
