"Can not connect to steam client" - PCMARK10 didnt start at all

Hi,

Newly install, when launching PCmark10, no start with the error message "Can not connect to steam client" after two elevatioon request (validated) for steaman for PCMARK10

Currently PCMark 10 Steam cannot work if your Windows account is a limited user. As a workaround, create alternate Windows account that is a local admin, login to that account, start Steam, start PCMark 10.

Alternatively, you can use your license with standalone version of PCMark 10 which does not have this limitation. Login to www.3dmark.com/login (or create a new account), go to Settings and download link for standalone installer is next to your key (or if this is a new account, add your license key to it, which you can find in registry under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\UL\PCMark 10 ("KeyCode", starting with PCM10-ADV-) or in Options screen of the Steam version.
