PCMARK 10 - LibreOfficePCMARK has stopped working.
Hey Peeps.

I purchased pcmark 10 last night and i have started a test and it keeps failing coming up with the message "LibreOfficePCMARK has stopped working"

Check online for a solution or Close the program.

I have done some googling but i am not finding anything that can help me. Is anyone else having this issue?

Specs
AMD fx8350 4ghz (shh i know it's old school)
Nvidia GTX 960 (gigabyte 4gb) - Driver 417.35 (Dec 11 2018)
RAM 16gb DDR3 1866 (hyper x ripjaw)
MOBO - Gigabyte GA-78lmt - usb3 rev6
Windows 7 pro x64

I reinstalled windows about 5 days ago. All latest drivers.

Been trying to get this working for just over 1hr. So i am almost tempted to ask for a refund. But i thought i would give the forums a try.

If anyone can help, would be muchly appreciated THANKS

Most commonly caused by broken video drivers. LibreOffice uses OpenCL Acceleration and if the OpenCL drivers included in your GPU drivers are broken, it can crash.

Unfortunately NVIDIA OpenCL support for older GPUs is... uuuh... less than impressive.

We have one update coming in January that changes things slightly and that *might* solve this crash.

Thank you for your advice. I gave up trying to get it to work, so i got the product refunded. 3dmark works fine.

How can we test the OpenCL drivers as I have the same error. I do a free driver install.
I have a GTX 980 Ti card

We have PCMark 10 update coming in January that has some fixes that *may* solve this for affected systems. At this point I have no other solution available if you have latest drivers installed.

Still seeing this in latest version with latest Nvidia drivers.
Still get valid benchmark score and benchmark appears to run fine without obvious crash during actual benchmark run. Only place this error shows up in if u look in reliability viewer.

The test does have retries for certain failure scenarios, so that is why the score can still be fine.

Note that there is a known issue with PCMark 10 and new Threadripper and Epyc CPUs with >64 cores. A fix is coming in next update.
