The benchmark run ended unexpectedly.
The benchmark run ended unexpectedly every time, it stopped at the video conference testing.

What kind of system you have and are video drivers up to date?

Win10 OS, and video driver is 24.21.13.9764 for GTX1060 6GB, which is up-to-date according to the system check. Sorry for late response. I can play Nier and Assassin's creed with this computer, no idea why benchmark shut down.

CPU? Integrated video enabled or disabled in bios? Driver for that up to date? The test in question can use intel Quicksync for video on supported systems.

Mine started ending abruptly on the first videoconferencing test as well. All my drivers and Windows 10 are up to date and I've run PCMark 10 several times in the past without issue.

So what kind of hardware configuration?

Remember that if you have an intel GPU with integrated graphics, drivers for that also matter since PCMark 10 uses whatever device is fastest in OpenCL and can use Intel Quicksync for video.

Also if possible, email the result (saved to Documents/PCMark10/ ) from the failed run to info@futuremark.com and I can take a look if it offers clues what exactly is happening.

For anyone still having problems with this, I had to close Rivatuner. That was causing the video conference test to fail for me.

Also fails after first conference call run. The demo used to work.

Very odd since both use exact same bits. The error log you posted suggests OpenCL drivers are broken (see the error with SelectOpenCLDevice). If things worked before, perhaps Windows Update pushed a broken video driver update?

Im having the same issue. Crashes during the video conferencing test and says "The benchmark run ended unexpectedly."

My drivers are windows are all upto date although my mothrboard BIOS is not, here are some important specs:

CPU Intel Core i7 950
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti
Motherboard ASUSTeK Computer INC. SABERTOOTH X58
Operating systemWindows 7 64-bit (6.1.7601)

Please help, I just bought this software and Im dissapointed im unable to benchmark to test my newest CPU upgrade!

Still happening for me. 7700K, Titan X (Pascal), Maximus IX, Windows 10 Pro. Everything used to work fine but on the second video conferencing playback test it crashes. It simply says "The benchmark run ended unexpectedly. Please try again or contact Support."

I was able to get past the video conferencing portion by disabling my small overclock on my GPU. After the video conferencing section, I renabled the overclock and the benchmark was able to complete.

Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 are supported by PCMark 10.

Most commonly this type of issue is either a driver problem or unstable system.
